As a game, it does what it do. The Monkeys Spinning Monkeys track was a nice touch, and the Peach drawing is my fave.

Charming designs and goofy plot. The stiff controls and the clusterfuck of attack patterns make nigh impossible to beat. (especially fighting the aliens) The consolation tiddies and boss passwords are a nice bonus though.

Solid stuff so far, but you may want to add some audio and/or music to enhance the atmosphere. I was able to bump my experience from a 3/5 to a 5/5 just by having some moody music in another tab. It really helped me feel like I was making a tough decision between between spirit and flesh.
